Immersing yourself in our 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs may also involve some truth-seeking/finding, which may bring up some discomfort, including but not limited to remembering and/or discussing unpleasant events, fear, resistance, rigidity, and/or emotions in various forms. By entering into our 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs, you acknowledge that as humans, we have the potential to experience a variety of emotions in the process of self-discovery and self-development. These may include but are not limited to strong feelings of sadness, anger, fear, etc. You should address any and all concerns you may have with a medical/psychiatric professional. You understand that your participation and/or involvement within the 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs is your responsibility, as are the results of said 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless, release, and forever discharge and covenant not to sue or hold legally liable Sapha Pardo Heckman, Your Soulful Goddess, LLC, and heirs from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever related to your use of any and all of our 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs.

Our 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs are intended solely for Users who are at least age 18 years of age or older. Any use of or access to our 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs by anyone under such age is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms of Use. By purchasing our 1:1 mentorship, our in-person retreats or immersions, and our programs, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you agree to and to abide by any and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

THE CONTENT PROVIDED IN OUR 1:1 MENTORSHIP, OUR IN-PERSON RETREATS OR IMMERSIONS, AND OUR PROGRAMS IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH “ALL FAULTS”, AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED. This Terms of Service Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the substantive laws of Texas without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws.  Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website or Content must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions. You also agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form available on the Website (the “Registration Data“).
