By purchasing a membership plan, transmission, calibration or container with Your Soulful Goddess, LLC ("The Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Final Purchases and No Refunds: All purchases of our membership plan are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

  2. Payment Obligations: Members are required to fulfill their payment obligations promptly and in accordance with the terms specified in their membership agreement. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

  3. Access to Benefits: Access to mentorship, transmissions, and all relevant materials is contingent upon the member being up to date with all payments.

  4. Commitment to Membership: Members agree not to enroll in the membership plan with the intention of discontinuing participation after a short period. By enrolling, members commit to the full duration of the membership term, which typically spans one year.

  5. Responsibility for Outstanding Payments: In the event that a member decides to discontinue their participation in the membership plan before the end of the agreed-upon term, the member will remain responsible for paying the remainder of the amount owed to Your Soulful Goddess, LLC.

  6. Legal Responsibility: Members acknowledge and agree that failure to fulfill their payment obligations and commitment to the membership plan may result in legal action being taken by Your Soulful Goddess, LLC to recover outstanding dues.
