Terms & Conditions For ONLINE OFFERINGS

By purchasing an online program, membership, container, offering, transmission, and/or calibration with Your Soulful Goddess, LLC ("The Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Final Purchases and No Refunds: All purchases of our online programs, memberships, containers, offerings, transmissions, and/or calibrations are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

  2. Payment Obligations: In order for a client to receive materials related to the online program, membership, container, offering, transmission, and/or calibration, they are required to fulfill their payment obligations promptly and in accordance with the terms specified in their on-boarding agreement and/or purchase link. Failure to do so may result in them being denied access to said online program, membership, container, offering, transmission, and/or calibration, suspension or termination of membership privileges, removal from mailing lists, and refusal to work with, welcome, or otherwise allow the client to work with Your Soulful Goddess, LLC. in any capacity.

  3. Access to Benefits: Access to online programs, memberships, containers, offerings, transmissions, or calibrations and all relevant materials are contingent upon the member being up to date with all payments.

  4. Commitment: Members agree not to enroll in the online program, membership, container, offering, transmission, and/or calibration with the intention of discontinuing participation after a short period. By enrolling, members commit to the full duration of the membership term.

  5. Legal Responsibility: Members acknowledge and agree that failure to fulfill their payment obligations and commitment to the membership plan may result in legal action being taken by Your Soulful Goddess, LLC to recover outstanding dues.

By proceeding with the purchase of our online programs, memberships, containers, offerings, transmissions, and/or calibrations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
